Voiced by Junko Noda, whose previous work as seiyuu includes Hikari Hinomoto, from Konami's Tokimeki Memorial 2, Mitsune Konno usually goes by her favorite nickname, "Kitsune", a shortened form of her full name, and the Japanese word for "Fox". (Name truncating is a fairly popular practice in Japan, especially among teenagers.) Despite her youthful antics, Kitsune is a mature woman who, according to her favorite shirt, doesn't trust anyone over the age of thirty. Kitsune seems to have some kind of rivalry with Keitaro's Aunt Haruka, though for what reason, you'll just have to learn about during the series. Known for being underhanded and generally up-to-no-good, Kitsune never seems to pass up a chance at playing a practical joke. Still a girl at heart, she dislikes the fact that a majority of younger men still think of her as an easily-won woman.
